Christina Palmisano, MS, MBA, RDN, LD, IFNCP, is a functional and integrative dietitian who is inspired by the immense impact diet, lifestyle habits, and relationships have on health.
After leaving her career in accounting, Christina chose to go back to school to pursue her true passion, nutrition. Her nutrition career began as a volunteer nutrition assistant at Cleveland Clinic Centers for Lifestyle and Integrative Medicine, where she first met Brigid. It was her experience there that inspired her future in integrative and functional nutrition and her eagerness to impact the health of others through diet and lifestyle changes. She completed her Masters in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, her dietetic internship at Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, and her board certification in integrative and functional nutrition through the Integrative and Functional Nutrition Academy.
