2 T dairy-free creamer
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (Be Well By Kelly Grass-fed Beef)
1 c frozen kale
1/2 c zucchini, frozen & diced
1/2 Granny Smith apple, frozen & diced
1 T almond butter
2 T chia seeds
Dash of ground ginger
