Pistachio Gelato Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp dairy free coffee creamer
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen cauliflower rice
  • 3 deglet noor dates (pitted)
  • 1/3 cup dry roasted pistachios (shelled)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt (dash)
Instructions

Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth, ensuring all pistachio chunks are gone.

Preparation Tips: Prepare a "smoothie bag" with all smoothie ingredients except for liquids and store in the freezer. When ready to eat, dump smoothie bag into blender and blend with liquids.
