Avocado Love

Avocados are hands down one of my favorite foods (as I am sure that's the case for you too because what's not to love?!). I recently just read an Instagram post that my friend forwarded to me that said "You Can't Make Everyone Happy. You're Not an Avocado." TRUTH! I eat 1/2 to 1 avocado per day because they are one of the best sources of fuel for for the body and the brain. As an added bonus they are also so easy and convenient! You can throw them into eggs, salads, smoothie and now you can also add as the base of this Chocolate Cashew Avocado Mousse recipe!

Healthy Fats

The human brain and body are in need of nourishing healthy fats. This helps with increasing satiety and metabolism, improving cognitive function and skin conditions, and many other benefits! Fats are not bad at all, it just depends on the types of fats that you are eating. Avocados, which contain 75% monounsaturated fats, are the foundation of this mousse and they are combined with other healthy fats such as cocoa powder, shredded coconut, cashew butter and more! Do not be afraid to fuel your body with high quality fats! You can use this Chocolate Cashew Avocado Mousse recipe as a way to dive into the rich and creamy benefits of healthy fats!
